A modern take on a retro sweet treat. The rose tinted O’ Driscolls Sherbet Dip-Dap transports you to joy filled childhood powered by sugary treats and boundless childhood imagination.
Sherbet Dip-Dab Ingredients
35ml ODIW
20ml Lemon juice
2 slices of Fresh Lemons
2-3 Leaves Fresh mint
20ml Sugar syrup
20ml of grapefruit juice
60ml Soda
Sherbet dip dabs
How to make a Sherbet Dip-Dab
Add ODIW, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and sugar syrup to a hurricane glass and stir.
Add ice and soda water (do not stir for separation effect).
Use lemon slices, mint leave and dip, dap sugar to garnish.
